I attended both Northwestern College and St. Cloud State University. I am passionate about languages, cultures, and racial equality. In my free time I enjoy traveling, running, swimming, scrapbooking, and spending time with family and friends. I have been teaching ELL since 2001 and teaching in the Albany Area School District since 2004.
Being a teacher is an honor and a privilege that I take very seriously. I
believe each child has a specific gift and it is my job to help him or her reach his or her highest potential in learning. I differentiate my instruction based on the needs of each student. I support the students at their current learning levels as well as challenge them to push beyond themselves to become the best learners they can possibly be.
